I had my 1st ever done 4 days ago and I felt super tired afterwards I spent the last 3 days just in bed sleeping it off. I'm supposed to go back this week but I think I'm gonna give my body a little more time to assimilate the iron. I was wondering how many days after the infusion did it take you to feel better or just less anemic 😅 cause I still feel pretty weak

I'm iron deficient anemic and I'm going in for an iron infusion. And I've been taking iron tablets but I have poor absorption. Ngl I'm so scared after you mentioned the possibility of an allergic reaction. Any words of encouragement?

Update! I went and got my first in a series of Iron Infusions and everything went very well! I had a good support system also. Happy that I got the first one over with and I hope the next four will go just as smoothly. ❤️
