Awesome journey, bro! I'm exactly 4 weeks away of doing my first tri, also 70.3, in Busselton, Western Australia. I did a race sim on the actual course yesterday and it went better than expected. My splits were very similar to yours. Hoping to go sub 5h. Your takeways will definitely help. Also, that thing you did with the ring. That's something I'd do too if I had someone special in my life. Anyway, good stuff. Love your work. All the best!

Hi Patrick! Thanks for this very interesting video and congrats for your great time on the IM! What was your experience in enduro sports before doing the IM? My friends and I will do the IM 70.3 Cervia this year so, your video was really helpfull! Keep on and good luck for your next full IM! Anthony.
