You are an amazing anomaly! I love seeing a 17 year old loving the fibre arts. You are more advanced in all you do than the average 40 year old 😂. You give me faith in our future generation. Go get ‘em girl!

I've been a knitter for about 15 years (ie since you were one :>) Before the pandemic, I was really into knitting vlogs. Somehow, I couldn't watch them during the pandemic. I'm now getting back to knitting vlogs and have run across so many younger people who are really inspiring me. You take the cake! I had to go back and listen again when you stated your age. Wow! You are making the most of your life, it seems, doing what you love to do. That is such a cool thing to put out into the world! I'm also a teacher. Your story reminds me of what I want to put out into the world and what I hope for my students - that they will just follow their passions and play. Thank you!

You, my dear, are amazing! At 16, you are already inspiring people. I love your personality and demeanor. Your voice is so welcoming and you pulled me in. I will check out your yarns and I look forward to your next episode. Wow! I’m still blown away! You go girl! Blessings!

You are an amazing sixteen year old! How proud your family must be of you. I was eager to watch, as this was your first podcast. You did a great job. I am curious to learn your history of knitting. How did you learn? Does someone in your family share your creative passion? How do you find the time to complete all of your endeavors? I am very impressed with your knowledge, your composure, your podcasting skills in general and of course your talent! Best wishes for continued success. Btw, don’t let anyone bring you down...ever!

I know everyone is saying how in awe of you they are, how shocked they are that you're only 16, amazed that you're so talented, and that your podcast is inspiring, but you know what? Everyone is right. I feel so much better, knowing that I'm not alone in wanting to have more than a couple of WIPs at a time. Your knitting is simply gorgeous! I'm a process knitter, as well, but I've only been knitting for around a year (even though I'm old enough to be your grandmother) and it has become my therapy, my escape, my soul food, etc. Your dyed yarn is just spectacular, and I want one of each! Or maybe a shawl/sweater quantity of each? Yeah. Bless you, (and your family for having raised such a wonderful soul). Looking forward to future podcasts!

I am with both of you. I love the process and am happier with several 6 to 8 projects on the needles of different kinds . i am always happy when i am knitting and never wishing will this ever end like other knitters i know

Re your 'All of the Lights' cardigan - you won't want to hear this but the only way to get a good fit is to knit a good sized swatch, block it and see if you get gauge. And if you don't then try another needle size and repeat . It doesn't really matter what other knitters think about the pattern as everyone knits differently and every yarn varies - you must know this already, being a sweater knitting veteran. Good luck with it - the colour will look beautiful on you. The one thing I have found , esp with Superwash yarn, is that the sweater often ends up growing. This might not apply to you as a tight knitter though - But for me, I now always err on the side of being smaller rather than larger, I find the end result more flattering esp in DK or thicker yarn.
