My First Longest Road Trip: Gurgaon to Mumbai via Delhi-Mumbai Expressway Detailed Video

Last Sunday (25.08.2024), I travelled from Kota to Sawaimadhopur on Delhi Mumbai Express (NE-4) and did a real time check as how far one can drive conveniently on NE-4 from Kota Interchange on NH-27, towards Sawaimadhopur. My experience is below: - 1) From Kota interchange on NH27, drive towards laban but dont exit at LABAN exit point, which is normally done by users these days, rather drive further towards Indergarh. A maximum distance of 68 kilometres shall be covered from Kota on this stretch, that will take you to the nearest possible point to Indergarh. After driving 68 kilometre, a stretch of road construction can be seen on NE-4 under progress, and one can't drive further. At this point you will be the closest to Indergarh and wiil have to exit NE_4. Put google map on at this point of time, if not already on. 2) Take an informal exit at this point on the left side of road, through a muddy slope. drive slowly about a kilometre on kuccha village road (This road is narrow and had some waterlogging due to rains, but drivable). 3) After 1 kilometre drive on above kuccha road, join a concrete road (approx. 4 metres wide) joining Daulatpura to Indergarh via Sumairganj. Drive 7.2 kilometre on this road to reach Indergarh. You will cross through various turns on this road and some habited areas before reaching Indergarh. Though the road from Kota to Indergarh is not formally opened but in good cnndition. Adopting above route can save you around 25-kilometre drive on state highway 148N (from Laban to Indergarh), a road with lots of speed breakers. But the best part shall be the experience to drive through under 05 animal overpasses, which are astonishing structures, first time built in India.

As per my experiences night driving is not safe or for day you can choose any via gwalior or vai rajasthan

It’s totally depends, if you can drive for 24 hrs you will reach nxt day but may be thats not possible so you can start driving early morning drive for 10/12 hrs thn take rest for 1 night thn you can again start driving early morning so you will in evening or max before 12 at night hope it helps is you still have any questions or doubt you’re welcome

Good video..... instead of travlling form lalsot to Kota via tonk... you could have directly driven to Kota. NE-4 is open from gurgaon upto Kota.

Are you sure ? I am also planning from Pune to Delhi. I am thinking to take NE4 from Ratlam to Chechat and then Kota to Sohna. But I don’t see any video who covers this way
