100%!! I no longer use KZbin for tutorials in the way that I did in my teens. Now, I turn on a tutorial every morning as I get ready for work because I want the banter and entertainment and potentially opinions on products. That’s what I’m here for these days!

Couldn't agree more with all the other comments!! I have been nostalgic for the 2015-2017 makeup era, makeup and the most, makeup tutorials!! I still watch a tonnn of tutorials and makeup videos, shorts and long ones (thank God theres still people like you and PaintedbySpencer and a few others!!) because i spend a whole self care day getting ready for a night out and these kind of videos i watch for hours, just as a comfort and curious thing. A lot of current makeup gurus and tutorials if they're not cut to 30 seconds.. they dont have the same vibe, no banter lol but also theyve streamlined the makeup process so much i feel like its not even close to what i like and what i look for. I dont want a "no makeup just all skin care and clear mascara" type of thing i want to hear about your tea and watch you treat your makeup like a canvas step by step with bloopers lol

I completely agree with KZbin being more personal, like a hangout. Shorter formats requires another type of engagement, and actually more effort than a longer video. And I do the exact same, always put on a makeup video for company when getting ready!😂

Re: time management as a parent, I'm just always hella late or hella early jajaja. I have ADHD so struggle with time blindness as it is, so forcing myself to be a time pessimist and setting chingos of alarms/reminders with that in mind helps. WELCOME BACK!

Yes girl!!!! I had two boys exactly two years apart. Demanding! But yes, you will get a groove and time gets easier to manage. One piece of advice would be to stay structured. Both for you and kids sake. Stick to sleep schedules. Also important! Makes a big difference as apposed to being too lenient and making exceptions all the time. Helps prevent bad habits.

So pretty! Glad you’re back! As for time management, it gets easier as the kids get a little older. But no matter what, I’ve realized we all have the same 24 hours in a day. It’s no different for anyone. I’ve found prioritizing is KEY and you have to be willing to say NO to things. What’s most important for you when it comes to “me” time? Then take the time for that each day, but then really lean into getting organized. That may mean less time just taking in IG, TikTok, and KZbin and getting your to-do lists together and staying on top of things. Just my two cents for what I’ve learned. I’ve never regretted spending less time on social media for the sake of getting my house in order. But I’ve regretted the opposite in terms of things feeling chaotic and not in order because I chose to lounge for hours on end on socials if that makes sense?

I won’t say I’ve mastered time management with my children but I will say, I have learned what works for us. I have put their clothes out at night, get their bags together the night before or when they’re asleep. When I’m waking them up I get them up, up to 2 hours before we need to be anywhere just to make sure they have time to get everything done as well as whatever they deem important (ex. Extra snacks, tablet, purse, stuffed animal, etc.). It doesn’t get easier but you do learn how to manage it. I have 3 kids. You’ve got it
