I’ve had a lot of burnout and no idea what I want to do with my island, and I started really missing how fun it was at the beginning of the game to just play and enjoy instead of worrying about designs and making it pretty! So I have been thinking about restarting for a while, seeing how much fun you’re having though is what really decided it for me.

My og villager was also Boots and i love him with all my heart. I have found Marshall, Gayle, Kidd, Beau and Sherb with only a couple of nmt every time i had an empty spot, but i will NEVER allow Boots to leave my island. He is precious.

I haven't played AC since 2007 when I had a DS. Glad to see so many things are still kinda the same. The dung beetle that builds snowballs. Brewster, how I loved Brewster and KK Slider, who was my favorite because I loved his songs that you could collect for your jukebox in your house. So many things I've forgotten, and I wish Nintendo wasn't so damn stingy with access to their content. I look forward to watching you adventure through AC for me. Thanks for sharing.

I started playing animal crossing again recently, I got one of my dreamies as one of my 2 starting villagers and another with the free nook miles ticket. I have a bunch of cute villagers and 2 dreaming at this point so my disappointment was immeasurable when I entered the campsite for the first time only to find the bane of my existence from my previous island, Rodney. He haunted my every move and just would not leave my island no matter what and here he is again....taunting me
