Why do foreigners living in Korea often say that people are the number one thing they talk about when discussing Korea? I think I understand after watching this video. Koreans are warm-hearted. While it may be uncomfortable for some, I feel it's more of a positive involvement than an inconvenience. Both Korea and Japan are similar in that they both have strong collectivist cultures. In Japan, people tend to suppress their opinions to maintain harmony within the group and follow the group’s decisions. In Korea, people value harmony within the group and often sacrifice personal interests for the benefit of the community. Because of these characteristics, Japanese people tend to be more conscious of others' opinions, while Koreans, even if they receive negative feedback from the group, are more likely to speak out and say something is wrong if it is indeed wrong. It’s interesting that while both countries share strong collectivist tendencies, the reasons behind these tendencies are different.

Their very short experience in Korea… that they have caputured on camera, honestly isn’t the norm. Doesn’t mean the ppl here aren’t kind or welcoming cause they are. Lol. As someone who lives in Korea, you can tell they are probably tourists, esp with the big chunk of camera they are probably walking around with. Also, they have a cute little white blonde baby (hence the attention) and lastly they are a tall white couple with a baby. That’s all that needs to be said.

It was so fun watching you guys in one of my favorite cities in the world, Seoul (been there I think almost 10x! haha!)…it was also nice to see you bump into someone from the Philippines…I am also from the Philippines and hope you can also visit our country someday…if you like the beach, would definitely recommend Palawan. I am currently in Hiroshima, Japan visiting my brother…somehow hoping to bump into you guys someday in one of your travel vlogs…will definitely ask to take a photo with you because I love watching your family…take care and safe travels!!! 🥰💜

I’m enjoying your tour! I’m reliving my visit to South Korea 6 yrs ago through your video! It’s an amazing city/country. My daughter and family were station there through the United States Army. I spent 6 wks there are got to experience so much! I’d loved to go back. Thank you for sharing ❤️
