Elle, you are an amazing woman. I suffered a traumatic accident where I dislocated my hip several years ago ( totally not as bad as breaking your back, I know) but I sank into a horrible depression during my bed rest period. I wish I could have watched these videos back then! I admire your positive attitude and tenacity; and your willingness to share your progress with your loyal fans. Hey Elle! I actually started watching your videos while I was injured and immobile for a couple of months back in 2009. You really cheered me up when I was feeling lonely. I've been watching ever since and now I feel like I can return the favor to you, and hopefully cheer you up! I think Bedmas will be a really good way to document your recovery. With injuries that take months or years to rehabilitate, we often forget how far we've come. When you're feeling stuck, you can look back at these and be reminded of your improvement. You have such an amazing support system, which is a joy to see on the vlogs. Pet the kitties and enjoy a glass of wine (or coffee) for me girl!

As far as the movie I really enjoyed it for what it was since tat whole part of the book is really just setting up the big ending. So I'm excited to see how it all comes together with part two....however I do agree that this is one of the movie I would have just like to stay and additional hour to get it all outta the way and done with

I think it also invites a lot of conversation into the psychology of the games and what is happening in District 13. I never run out of things to talk about when discussing The Hunger Games! Glad you are feeling a little better to go out! And I just can't get over how sweet and adorable Pinecone is! I had a white kitten that ate Easter grass one day and got really sick.. She lived for about two more years after that and just couldn't recover after several surgeries. Miss her so much but Pinecone reminds me of her and I just love seeing how happy Pinecone is all the time and love every picture you post of him on Twitter and Instagram. 💕 Love these Vlogmas videos and have been watching you for years and years. i don't think mockingjay was boring at all! i think it was sad, and too many people died. i think the movie was amazing! i think Jennifer and josh were amazing!! it was perfect and I'm glad they didn't have to cut anything out by splitting it up, but i hate that we have to wait a year to see the next one! glad to see you're feeling better!!

I never thought about the ending but you're so right! I personally find that when I go to see part 1 movies I love them because it's the newest thing out in a series I love but once I've seen part 2 I don't want to go back and watch part 1. I realize how bad it is comparatively. I also just wanted to say to hang in there and thank you for making these videos. I've been sick for the past 5 weeks and getting to watch your videos again while in bed has made my day :)

I'm sorry to hear about your nausea. I would always wear the c-bands when flying cause I got horrible motion sickness. But they didn't help at all. I had to take strong prescription stuff which really helped.

videos like this make me feel nostalgic. for life before kids. when we could sleep all day and stay up all night and watch movies together and cuddle....i miss being young! im not old but man once life happens u feel like u are! perfect example is my three year old woke up at 3:15 this morning. its now 8 am and shes been up since! talk about how i miss waking up late? how about i miss sleep in general? ol
