Probably watched this 3 times. Wouldn't mind having a beer or two with the old man and hearing his road stories on that bike. Can't wait to see it running again!

I appreciate you watching, I look forward to getting it running again! I don't think he drinks anymore but I know he told me he likes beef jerky or some plain chips... "he's a simple man". I bought the biggest bag of jerky I could find the day I met Tim and layed eyes on the bike. Best jerky I've ever bought!

My cousin Tony had a 1957 rigid panhead chopper. Real old school. Loud as hell. Met him on the road in Clifton NJ one time back in the 90's. I had my 1991 sportster 1200. He took off from a stop along an on ramp to the highway. He pulled away from me like I was standing still. That thing had so much power, I couldn't believe it.

Touching...& great bike! I had to do a double take when he said he`d had it since 76, because I had one about like it I sold in Illinois around that time, but I`ll be dipped if I can recall what year my Hydraglide was though.

I know this cat over by dayton that has a youtube channel, (wander who that could be), that has a 79 shovel low ride, with coolest pinstripes, been trying to get it from him, it will come to a good home, Agree with Tim had to let something go, especially when you have memories involved.

I had an "Interview" one time, that I didn't know I was in... or going to be in. I went to look at a 1972 Kawasaki H1-500 (2-stroke Triple). My father had a H2-750 back in the day and I always wanted one, or something close. So I went to look at it and sat down with the guy, it was nowhere to be seen and he says "Sit down and lets talk about the bike". I thought "Man, I can't be here all night"... he says.. How many bikes have you owned.. I said "25-30". He kind of looks at the ground. "How many do you have now", I replied "20-25". He looks at the ground again, and says "How do you feel when you need to sell one?" I said, like I am loosing a best friend! He looks back up and says, "Well shit, I suppose I have to sell you my bike then" ! hahaha. I have a video of the first start of that bike on my channel as well. Fun machine! This guy reminds me of that time. Bikes are awesome.

Ever come across any racing motorcycles? i.e. WR, KR or XRTT's? I have always wanted to race an early iron head oh... 66' or 67'. Right hand shift, four speed gearbox, with the Fairbanks Morse ignition. Or just a little rigid scoot to hit the fuckin' strip clubs with! Lol!
