Love Carrie’s food ratings lol “it’s bland. 8.5/10”

You're outfit was giving me author vibes, you know, for the dust jacket of your latest novel, lol. Very sophisticated! Oh and if you come back with Drew it would be funny to see him and Nick tasting the different foods!

Sausage rolls are so good, but definitely better with sauce. You can get really good chunky ones in Aussie bakeries.

Next time you visit the UK try a Steak Bake from Greggs, way better than the sausage rolls imo. So glad you guys had a blast! xx

I love the black outfit on you, gorgeous! If you enjoyed Cambridge, try Sussex if you come again. Great mix of urban and rural between East and West Sussex, I think you’d like it as we have some nice coastline too.

Love Beavertown! It’s a draft beer, which is why it’s cold. Cask beer is the way to go when in London, which is warmer. Both are great. Bermondsey is the best neighborhood to grab beer if you’re back in town again. The breweries are built into stalls underneath the train tracks!

When I lived in China (Guangzhou), Starbucks carried something called the "Australian sausage roll." I loved that thing SO MUCH and still think about it and still miss it (it's been almost 15 years now). Why don't the American SB's carry that?!
@laurenbratland76202 жыл бұрын
Sausage rolls aren't that difficult to make! Puff pastry and mild sausage. Make it a roll. Egg wash. Bake it. Done. Haha

I love your videos, Carrie, but I'm curious why you and Alexa call sweatshirts "crewnecks"! I've only heard that in both of your videos and nowhere else. To me, a crewneck is anything with a tight, rounded neck and can be a T-shirt, sweatshirt, sweater, and more. Help an old lady out. Also, that sausage roll would have been improved with some HP sauce!
@adelaaraceli2 жыл бұрын
@karen I think it’s a California thing, in the San Francisco/Bay Area we call them crewnecks too. When I lived in Nevada, we call them sweatshirts

Girl, I can't believe you've never tried IPA. Wut???
@susanma48992 жыл бұрын
Ah, I see...you meant a British IPA. IPA have more hops than normal beers. Because they were shipped to the UK from India (India Pale Ale), extra hops were added to the barrels to prevent their going flat. To me, they have a more spicy, heavy flavor. IPA is my fave.
