I love the art cards, I think it'll be nice to look back on some of the more liked sets with art cards including the artist signature even if it's not like, actually signed (because of logistics, presumably)

11:48 it's so weird seeing the street fighters as normal cards to me. The original mechanics given to each street fighter is super in flavor of that character in the SF franchise. But I just got my chun li yesterday lol. She seems like a cool commander deck tbh.

As far as the art cards go, I would love the actual artists signature but I still use them to proxy a few for the art and all the lands still work for alt art lands for my decks

I personally love the signature art cards! Of course it'd be nice to have the actual artist's signature, but considering they have artists all over the world, they'd have to spend a lot of money shipping the cards to get signed+paying artists for the time to sign hundreds of cards+getting then back to insert into packs. Pack prices would have to go up. I don't see how they're Not collectable, it's cool to see a whole card acknowledging the artist's work, and I like how they're cheaper, makes them affordable. The whole reason I got into Magic was the art.

I still think the stamped cards are a nice alternative, for the people who can't go through boxes of cards. But thats my two cents, and I'm just a casual collector.

@@dirt4722 To me it feels like the stamped signature adds nothing to the card. Like it's a way for WOTC to say "Look, we added another rare thing. Even the art cards have special variants!!!" I'd rather have cool foil variants rather than a fake stamped signature, or stamped planeswalker symbol

So, Prerelease was fun, didn't win Got back into MTG events as soon as I found out phyrexia would be out. New Phyrexia/Scars of Mirrodin is where I started. Played RW equip first event 2nd event played G/W Toxic Lost because mana flooding both times. Pulls were insane. Elesh Norn 2nd game I pulled out of the 5th pack.

Sheoldred is draft, set, and collector boosters in the normal borderless art. But the step and compleat foil is collector exclusive

i got an idea. so i am a person that has a hard barrier to entry and some people might tell you i am special needs lol. so those are both tax deductible. so you could hire a bunch of peopl like me to sort your cards and put us on camer buy cards get cash back and make a profit... a few other things too.

The artwork is totally cool, and I get the amazement if you’re not much of an illustrator, but I’d rather have the gold stamp. There was not much value at all in that set booster box. Every once in a while you will get a box with some good value inside but most of the time you do not. Wizards needs to get rid of those useless art cards. They should replace them with another Magic card or token card. The sketch cards are GARBAGE and they are just like the sketch cards in Modern Horizons 2. They should get rid of them. There is not much detail in a lot of them and Wizards saves money on the colored ink.
