When I discovered your channel a few days ago I thought you were just another recovery KZbinr but now that I’ve watched a few of your videos I’ve realized that you are such an amazing person and you help me so much with dealing with my extreme hunger and recovery all in all. I feel like you are an amazing friend and I feel so much comfort watching your videos. You are so strong rain. Thank you so much

One day you’ll prepare a picnic , bake , buy snacks , pack extra just in case , and choose a spot without having to worry. You’ll sit in the sun totally unselfconscious (or the shade!) and you’ll be more focused on the scenery and then fun things you have planned instead of the food on your plate . It won’t even cross your mind what others are/aren’t eating (unless they’re eating something that kind of grosses you out ). You’ll think ‘that was nice’ and your only concern will be clearing up the cutlery afterwards. You’ll get there if you want to, and I have a feeling that lots of us will ♥️

Aww well done Rain. Different eating situations and environments terrify me too. I live alone and eat at one specific little fold away table for all meals at the moment. Hmmm need to think about maybe experimenting eating in other places or with other people. I can relate to the not knowing what to put on your plate in a picnic situation or buffet situation. We'll get there though. The main thing is to keep challenging it. Challenge repeat until it's no longer a fear xx 💪❤️ proud of your chocolate challenge too. You got this 💪

Amazing. I loved your comment about looking at packets when you had your twix. We don’t eat numbers, we eat food because that is energy to live and live your life. Keep going, you’re such a trooper, let’s recover together.

Love the vlog style in addition to your normal videos. Thank you for sharing with us and including your feelings about having a bad day ❤️

even if you cannot push yourself through something sometimes (as it was a milkshake for you), it does not eliminate your achievements, strenght and progress. we cannot do everything at 100% all the time, so it is completely normal. the key here is not to give up and go forward even though you did not achieve someting once. you most definitely will achieve it in a future. just another opportunity

Your doing absolutely amazing and I'm so proud of you. I would like to ask how you deal with bad body image and any distractions dealing with it? But you are honestly such an inspiration to watch and there's no doubt about it that you will overcome anorexia and come out the other side! ❣️❣️

You did brilliantly Rain. I've never had an ED but I can imagine that picnics must be very challenging at first with everyone there and the food all laid out and you're not sure what portion of food you should have - but you did it and managed to stay on top of things by having the orange juice! Have you tried the "This" range. I don't eat meat and always get the stuff called "This isn't bacon. It's a nice smoky flavoured one and my favourite! 😃

Well done. I had an ED in my late teens/ early twenties. I never liked picnics or buffets. I was scared I wouldn't keep track of my eating, and scared of some of the food. But you know it's OK, because it doesn't work like that. They are just little things and it's your meal. Eating with others is good and as you start to get your hunger cues back it will help all the more. Actually I'm still a bit hungry and I'd like a bit more of that thing I liked etc etc. Well done, doing so well. xx

Rain can I ask you about treatment you have had , or having ? Who checks you out medically like a psychiatrist or nurse? Do you worry about weight or do it blind ?

Hi, I am suffering from an eating disorder already for 15 years. I am in recovery for the past 3 years and I am wondering how you have gotten so far in 3 months. When you say all in recovery do you mean that you don't follow a meal plan? I see you are sticking with the structure of 3 meals and 3 snacks so what does all in recovery mean?
@RainBoyd2 жыл бұрын
I listen to my body and I do what I want, I face all fears, I'm basically running into it instead of walking. I do follow a structure as to me a meal plan would be way to limiting
