My first project car: changing the steering wheel from right to left hand drive

This is my first prject car, trying to change the steering wheel from right to left, with only one year experience as a mechanic. Will I make it?

im going to do this on an r5 turbo, did you keep the engine in? what abour steering rack and brakes ? love how it starts and you slam the door ha ha

Yep didn't touch the engine, just steering, pedals and all the brake system, including the clutch line.. you also need to check the wiring loom as the length of the wires are different

@@markyruss you just need a steering rack, a hole saw to make a hole for the steering column on the other side and maybe a Dremel to refine the hole with the right shape of the steering rack rubber

For the Fiesta I spent around €3000 but it depends from the model of the car and the complete packages you can find in your country (for example dashboard with belts with airbags all together in one price)
