My first Race in 2 years! Argyll MX OTHG

My first race back in a long time, had a great time, I may not have won, but compared to how I performed in the past this is a major improvement, being one position away from an award left me wanting more, I'll be better come next race which will be soon!

I get the same thing never arm pump my hands kill me wonder what that's from wish I knew because it sucks and messes my hole race up

I’m trying to ride the bike more like a 250 and be in the higher rpm, I used to not shift at all and lug the bike around like it’s a 450, just trying different things I’ll get it

@@danniebrown3396 It's not a matter of riding it like a 250 or 450. It's about riding it like a 4-stroke. Take advantage of the torque a four stroke offers in higher gears. The low gears have a short gear ratio and the power delivery is very short too. This upsets the chassis and makes your momentum too herky-jerky. This will also tire you out much quicker. Motocross is about momentum. More momentum in higher gears is faster than short bursty momentum in low gears. Good luck.

I've only rode a track once I ride Forrest and single track my oldest lives ten minutes from here I'll have to go give it a shot
