My First RC Car

A story of how I got my first RC car. After my friend got a Tamiya Monster Beatle for Christmas, my parents took me off to the model shop so I could have one too!

I'm gona b honest this video put a bit of a lump in my throat, I didnt come from a really poor family but we certainly weren't "well off" like some kids were, I was always into rc cars, but mine were always toy grade, but I still remember that Christmas I got a Tamiya Midnight Pumpkin, I'm 45 now and still have that M.P (not in mint condition obviously). But now I actually reminisce about those toy grade cars before the midnight pumpkin, so nice u found the same car u had as a kid, I still have my knight rider car, but I wish I still had my Nico silk cut Jaguar LeMans car before the pumpkin. Great video mate, it's nice to know us blokes are still kids at heart 😁👍
