Some cars can be set up to feel amazingly good on tarmac. For example the Golf GTI is one of my favourites since I tuned the rear to be extra soft compared to an overall stiff car. The result is that you can really attack tarmac stages aggressively.

Hello Jimmer, how did you set up your HE pedals? I have the pedals as well and my menu is constantly jumping around, no chance to enter it? Only at the first start of the game it was ok. I have no clue how to set up my heusinkveld pedals and my CSW from Fanatec.

I think rockstar changed the way developers try to release games. GTA 5 made more and more $ each year for several years after its release. They slowly added more and more online content.

To be exact: GTA Online made money, not GTA 5. Rockstar just copied what F2P games have been doing for over a decade, but pushed the boundaries. The most profitable activities take place in 'open world' and with so many ridiculous vehicles/weapons it's easy to get screwed. Hours of work ruined by some random asshole in a tank. It's borderline grieving by design. The only other (legal) method for making money are Shark Cards. That's where the money comes from. Remember WOT and "premium" ammo? If you can't win, spend money. APB Reloaded: If you can't win, spend money. There is nothing new about what Rockstar did.

Yeah I absolutely hated the fact that I couldn't change the career difficulty either.. it was way too easy in the beginning and then once you get through the first couple championships then it gets really really hard and now I can't compete and complete the championship that I'm now on and I've been stuck with this since launch.. C'Mon codemasters give us a difficulty slider for career

It appears that career mode has automatic difficulty setting and once you beat the championship 4 times, it will be really really hard already. It sure would have been good to have some kind of difficulty setting for the career to jump start from the difficulty level of having already won N championships.

Maybe it's like Dirt 4, and you only can change difficulty in career mode when you are not participating in a championship or event.

If he shifted,he would lose speed because he would need to lift off the throttle. Engine braking would kick in and he would lose momentum. Which is key in that little car. Hope i could help

PS: BTW when you watch KZbin in VR mode it's quite weird how they opt in the select next video thing. It's like it hovers in the background. I guess a chat overlay would be similar. PPS: I ment in 3D VR on KZbin. There is a huge difference watching 3D VR and just regular 360 VR

The cars seem to me like they have absolutely no suspension.. it looks so unrealistic. I wouldn’t mind unperfect tarmac grip or whatever, but I can’t stand looking at how the car bounces all the time. Think I’m gonna pirate this game at most... Codemasters have done hundreds of rally games already, they finally should have done the physics right.

I don't really know what you are talking about. The cars have very good weight to them (this video shows it well: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r6jUXoGKh6-HZ5I) And a rally car isn't some magic flying car. Even with suspension it still takes bumps and bounces and wobbles over the track. Talk to anyone who has driven in a rally car or even on gravel and they'll tell you that it is really bumpy.
