Damn, I'm really jealous. Seeing *this* as your first tennocon must be a hell of an expirience. Btw, 1999 was teased on the previous tennocon in the last August, so community has been hyped since then. That's why everyone is so excited.

Enferon was a chemical weapon used by enemies in Dark Sector game against Technocyte organisms. Like the protagonist :)

@@RikoandTako Dark Sector was all right, but not a great game like Warframe. Slower and a lot of stuff made little if any sense. That is what happens when publishers want a spy game instead of a Warframe game

From what I've seen on the channel you have a loooooong way to go until you can experience this and these updates to the fullest. Early game is not the greatest and pretty grindy, but with the first mayor story quests like The Second Dream, War Within, The Sacrifice and so on it gets inceasingly more insane and the story takes twists and turns that will leave you speechless. As someone who has 1800 hours in the game I'd recommend trying it and especially sticking to it, because it is worth every second of it. The game takes a lot of time, so go at your own pace tho! Free game, free updates, a community that feels like family, a better convention than most others, devs that care for the game and it's players, charity after charity, inclusion and diversity that doesn't feel forced or corporate, weekly/monthly dev streams on Twitch where you can hang out with them, play with them and see what's to come.. It's really one of a kind. You can't spell Warframe without a W.

Soulframe isn't "like warframe" its the opposite. It's made in the same engine yes, but it's heavily inspired by Sekiro and native american cultures. It's meant to be a "return to nature and rediscover your ancestral lands/culture" kind of thing

38:39 are super op weapon adapters to buff weapon stats and give it a secondary firing mode that you can only unlock in endgame/most of them at least

Also, yes Digital Extremes is a smaller company, they launched Warframe with about 150 employees; they currently have a little over double now working on that team with a total of roughly 520 employees between the two games they're developing. They're also the same company thats responsible for Unreal Tournament (and Quake 1-3) which makes a lot of sense when you think of the combat in Warframe.
