Thanks for letting him know that there’s nothing with giving ppl 80%. It’s fair since they get payed on the spot and he has to sit on it and sell it for possibly less than expected so, nothing wrong with protecting himself as a business.

This type of content might be way better than anything he was doing before. I was a fan of his vlog channel but he seems more in his element here. In glad he changed things around and is making content here even if he no longer does the other stuff like the podcast and his vlogs because you can just see how much more happy he is making this type of content and that’s all you really hope for someone like Randy.

Bro randy as a guy who kinda fell into a friendship with someone who travels to these same cons i gotta say I respect the hell out the hustle you've begun to build over the past few months after what seemed like it would have been an insane stretch in anyone's life. Seriously I know and respect that your personal business is your own I just wanted to tell you as someone who fell into a few pretty rough stretches of my own these videos are some insane motivation. Keep it up man you've already built up an insane business and you deserve to enjoy some of the happiness that comes with the spoils. Side note: as someone who is a born and raised new yorker, DO NOT FEEL BAD FOR OFFERING FAIR DEALS. Many of these people really are just cool folks or fans who are just hyped to meet you but A LOT of them are also scum bags trying to make as much as possible but YOU ARE THE ONE paying all the overhead and whatnot most of them know this too.

Could you scroll over the cards a bit slower next time at the start? You have such beautiful cards but I was getting extreme motion sickness trying to see anything since it was so fast. Pausing just made the cards blurry. That was like such a minor, little critique/request and doesn’t take away from the video! Fantastic video. Honestly, I rate Ace as 80% value of PSA. I think this stands for all companies against the gold standard. However, Ace has blown the competition out of the water and I would say has solidified their position as the new “CGC” which may sound like an insult but it is a hell of an achievement with the such a short history in the game.

Love the content Randy as always! Just a little constructive criticism, you really have to slow down your speech and focus on enunciation. I have learnt with doing business with Americans, they trust the British accent more than any other (apart from possibly Japanese because of their respect culture) and you have to lean into that. I'm very happy for you and Ace grading, taking the US by storm but again, as the brand and brand ambassador you have to work on this otherwise you could deter people from grading with you or buying from you. Other than that, I hope for your continued success brother!
