I'm assuming you went on a weekday, plus school's in session, so its common to be quite. You want to avoid holiday weekends, the two weeks around Christmas and of course summertime. Also, that "big fish" tank is the Hippo enclosure.

Yes it was a Wednesday, but I’m almost certain school had just started as it was mid August. Wow a hippo enclosure? Never saw them! 😂 I can’t wait to visit again because we really missed a lot!
