maybe they covered this but do you know if you leave the apartments unfurnished, do sims furnish them over time on their own? or do they just stay completely empty 😂

I know as a tenant you can rent an unfurnished apartment and furnish yourself but I don’t think there’s a good way to make sims furnish it on their own. They would just place furniture in random places that wouldn’t make sense

I’ve done the same thing, preordered as soon as the Expansion was announced. Then I built two houses in one lot and one of the houses has a basement space for someone to rent which is 3 units in one 30x20 lot.

Your apartment building looks amazing! I already preorder this expansion and the gameplay as a landlord does look chaotic which I’m looking forward to, not seen much gameplay as a tenant so far.
