Cambodian food is legit one of the most underrated Asian cuisines, it's so bloody good and well-balanced, hearty but healthy just like other Southeast Asian foods like Viet, Thai, Lao etc.

Cambodia and Vietnam are neighboring countries which is why a lot of the cuisine is similar, through hundreds of years of trade and cultural exchange it is not surprising that you’d say that the noodles are “Vietnamese” style which in actuality it is a product of both Vietnamese and Cambodian culinary fusion.
