This MV is actually a part of the Bangtan Universe aka the BU, which is a storyline BTS created that goes through most of their MVs since 2015. It is super involved and consists of over 25 MVS, 9 short films, 2 books, a WEBTOON, a mobile game, and they are even creating a TV drama called “Youth”. It is super intense but also a beautiful story of friendship. It is about seven friends forgotten and wronged by the world. Seok-Jin is merely a puppet of the adults in his life especially his father. Nam-Joon is dirt poor and treated horribly by people of the higher class. Ho-Seok was abandoned my his mother at a young age and forced to grow up alone. Yoon-Gi was a boy who was traumatized something in his past and suffers from severe depression. Tae-Hyung was a boy with a super abusive father and had to take matters into his own hands. Ji-Min was a boy who experienced unspeakable trama and instead of his mother getting him the help he needed he she hides him away embarrassed. Finally we have Jung-Kook, the young boy who’s family doesn’t love him. These boys come together to create a bond that defies reality, but when tragedy strikes six of the boys it is up to Seok-Jin to travel through time to save them all so they can all be happy together again. If you notice Jin is holding a hourglass ⏳ which is full and then it cuts to Jungkook looking and empty hourglass ⌛️. It then cuts to the hourglass sand going up and resetting and all the boys disappear except for Jin. This represents that time is up and Jin failed to save them yet again and has to start over in a different time line. The room explodes and Jin tries to run from the pain but when he opens the door all he sees are his failed attempts to save his friends. Every door is a different parallel universe that Jin created by going back in time after failing. There is soooo much more to unpack in this MV but it will be explained when you watch the storyline. You shouldn’t start the storyline until you can identify all the members by heart, and not just their stage names but their real names too. Here are all their names in order in which they sing in the song: Jungkook (Jeon Jeongguk) Jimin (Park Jimin) V (Kim Taehyung) Jin (Kim Seokjin) RM (Kim Namjoon) Suga (Min Yoongi) J-Hope (Jung Hoseok) [While three of them have the same last name “Kim” they are not related.]

BTS never disappoints when it comes to music or mv or live performances. I can say it without a doubt that they are the best performers i have ever seen in my life. Their vocals are also always amazing as you can see. They have 3 rappers and 4 vocalists, all of them are very well known in their own. They are from korea but make music in 3 different languages (most of the time its korean obviously). This song is a japanese ost. They have been a band since 2013. They are known for their very diverse discography, you can't really put them in a box like pop, hiphop, rnb etc, they do it all. Hope you enjoy them ^^
@silverlady20253 жыл бұрын
BTS is their own genre. I have been Army for 8 years. Army is our fandom. I’m a 65 year old grandma. But I’m a big fan girl. Lol These 7 men are so much more than beautiful faces and amazing dance. The more you know about them the more you slide down the rabbit hole. Truth is there is not a best because everything they do is spot on. I like live performances ..best rap live performance Wembley day two Ortho:Tear if you want a totally different vibe. They sing, rap, dance, compose, produce, and even direct their music. This song was particularly written by Jungkook the youngest (he was the gorgeous blonde that was the first to sing in the video.) If you support BTS music we support you.
@gumi30783 жыл бұрын
bts are 7 member boy group (3 rappers and 4 vocalists) from South Korea and they're extremely talented. Their music defy genres because any music genre they have that music from pop to rock to rap to rnb. 7 members RM, Jin, Suga, Jhope, Jimin, V and Jungkook. This song is an ost to a Japanese movie where jungkook had hand in producing so this song is in Japanese. Their discography is so diverse it will blow your mind. And also this video is a part of their ongoing storyline called BTS universe where many videos are interconnected forming a story (tho I only recommend you getting into after you have some knowledge about what BU is and if I begin to explain about it it'll take me 2 novel worth of words lol) I'm happy that you liked this song and you should listen to some of my personal favourite songs Mic Drop, Fake Love, ON, Black Swan, Pied Piper, Spring Day, Your Eyes Tell, Boy With Luv, Idol, Ugh, Dynamite, Life Goes On and believe me every song will be different from the other and also did I mention that they are heavily involved in their craft so each member is responsible for writing lyrics, composing and producing their album. They all also have solo songs you can check out once you get deeper into their music. Their lyrics are very deep and often you will need some outward source for its explanation. I promise you, you'll not find a group like BTS because I've stanned a lot of artists but I never felt the connection that I have with BTS because the relationship they have with eachother and their fans ARMY is so deep you will feel it in their songs like Magic Shop, We Are Bulletproof: The Eternal, Outro: Tear, Let Go. I think I've already written this too long but yeah I enjoyed your reaction and hope to see more in the future. And sorry if that all is awkward to read as English is not my first language.

I could write a book abut BTS so I will just give a brief comment, lol. They debuted on June 13th 2013. They have so much content it is unbelievable. They are the most humble, caring, talented group I have ever seen. And I am a 53 year old ARMY. ARMY is their fan group. ARMY is more than happy to help you with your journey. We love new people discovering BTS and how fantastic they are. If you get any negative or nasty comments please ignore them. Those ARMY are over the top and are rude and pushy and are not true ARMY. So fasten your seat belt and prepare for the giant rabbit hole you are about to enter, WELCOME 💜💜💜

The song is great; all their work is great but in a variety of ways. I often wonder if I will be disappointed. But BTS does not disappoint. They are meticulous in everything they put out, including live shows...the choreo, the vocals, the raplines, the overall vibe AND --the content is always layered--for example with storylines continuing between the works (like this one). AND their approach is sincere; they are not playing ARMY, they are playing music in an authentic, rich aesthetic context. How refreshing.

This was written for a Japanese drama called Signal. Their discography is extremely diverse and they have songs in both Korean and Japanese. They have only released 1 fully English song which is Dynamite which was nominated for a Grammy this year. They are worth delving into more. They have everything from full on rap, hip hop and ballads. This song really showcases their vocal talents and for many of us who are long time fans, there are lots of references to what we call the BU or Bangtan Universe which is a whole storyline that has been woven through almost all of their MV’s since debut in 2013.

Jimin, the lead vocalist and main dancer of BTS, is the reigning King of Kpop. He has a unique tone of voice and he is also one of the best dancers in the industry. BTS has over 300 songs, mostly self-written/composed/produced, and THERE ARE NO BAD SONGS. Do check out "Black Swan" next. Either the mv or the live at James Corden's. BTS has been around for close to 8 years. They were TIME's Entertainer of The Year 2020, WSJ's Innovative Artist of the Year 2020, IFPI's Recording Artist of the Year 2020 (based on sales of all music) toppling Taylor Swift from the top spot. BTS has 3 albums in 2020 top 10 best-selling albums including an unprecedented 1-2 finish. HYBE (previously BigHit) used to be a small, poor, almost bankrupt company but the incredible hard work, perseverance & success of BTS (and their team) saw HYBE growing as well & the CEO of HYBE is now a billionaire. HYBE was ranked as the 4th most innovative company in the world, ahead of Apple (#1 for any music company). BTS members are shareholders of HYBE and yesterday, HYBE bought over the label owned by Braun Scooter that manages Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Demi Levato. Universal Music is partnering with HYBE to stage an Idol talent reality contest in America to form the next group, but truly there will be no another BTS. Warner Bros is investing 450 mil USD in HYBE to bring BTS content into HBO. Pre-covid, BTS' value to the Korean GDP was higher than their national airline. 2020 which saw many musicians floundering, saw record total music sales, of course the numbers were bolstered primarily by BTS.

Awesome reaction! BTS is a South Korean group with 7 members (4 vocalists and 3 rappers). This song is a Japanese OST for a Japanese movie, although they are Koreans and their main albums are in Korean, BTS also releases Japanese songs and albums from time to time just showing how versatile they can be singing in another language! It's important to note that you can't put BTS in a box, so any preconceived notion you may have about them just throw it away and enjoy!

Fun facts of this song: - This song is in Japanese (Yes, they are Koreans but they also do Japanese songs as well, all of which are BEAUTIFUL) - Jungkook, the youngest member, took part in the production of this song as he wrote it along with Japanese band, Back Number. - This song is gonna be used as an official soundtrack for the Japanese film “Signal”.

Film out is the OST for a new Japanese movie coming out called Signal. the video is part of what we call the Bangtan(BTS) Universe.. it is a fictional storyline that runs throughout their music videos it's so complex and deep it's amazing, BTS is a 7 member group from South Korea they debuted in 2013 so they've been around a bit, but have been breaking into the western music scene I'd say since 2017? They are made up of 3 rappers RM, J-Hope and Suga, and 4, vocalists Jin, Jimin, Taehyung, Jungkook.. their fanbase is called ARMY and are arguably the largest fanbase on the planet(have been known to be a little mean) lol and it's hard to say what there best song is because they cover so many different styles and genres of music

This is always debatable if newest BTS song is their best one yet. It depends on genre you prefer. And they have so many songs. So many. I can't even decide on my TOP 15 cause i change my mind daily. For me personally is this song the best BTS ever created? No. There is songs i loved for way longer and i have history with them. But do i love this song right now with passion? Hell yes! When BTS release Japanese singles you know it is gonna be gorgeous, angelic but epic sounding song. Some of my favorite songs are their Japanese ballads. In my humble opinion in a year period we got some of the best BTS japanese releases ever. "Your eyes tell" and now "Film out". What a great time to be alive. I go for long walks so I created Spotify playlist and made this song repeat every 3 songs. And everytime this song starts playing i feel burst of happiness in me.

Hi, some things about this boys. *Bts Is south Korean group, this days people prefer don't mix them with kpop. Kpop ist a genre and bts are know for their great repertoire of genres. Kpop is an industry in Korea, and not all singers/rappers/musicians in Korea are "kpop" 1. They are 7, 4 vocalist, 3 rappers (2 underground rappers) all dancers 2. Bts compose and produce in all their albums, so is very personal, they talk about mental health, politics, society, their fans, self love, etc 3. They have a story behind their videos so is difficult to new people understand, we (the armys) used to read a books and study set, philosophy, psychology and mythology to understand. Their last album for example was "map of the soul: 7" and is inspired by the psychologist book the map of the soul by Murray. 4. The army love them because they are good people who through a lot of bad things to be where they are now, and even being famous they stay humble. 5. They have a lot of genres but their base is very hiphop / rap. Also you can find subtitles in every possible language thanks to the fans, u only need to search with the name of the song or Activate cc. **Bts always present themselves as a Korean group, and always said they don't want to be labeled in a genre or industry. The fans also do not want to be mixed with kpopers, (most of us aren't kpop fans) we don't have the same ideals.

BTS have been around since 2013 and started out making hip-hop music. Over the years, they've experimented a lot. They no longer stick to one genre, but their hip-hop core is still largely prevalent. If you want more songs like this, I highly recommend their Japanese songs like Your Eyes Tell and Crystal Snow. I think you'll have a lot of fun with these guys. They're so dang versatile. They have multiple genres in their discography. They started out heavily Hip-Hop/Rap based, but they've done rock, edm, rnb, neosoul, ska, pop, ballads, and more. They're also involved in much of the production, writing and composing on all of their albums. There are 3 rappers (RM- Kim Namjoon, Suga- Min Yoongi, and J-Hope- Jung Hoseok) and 4 vocalists (Jin- Kim Seokjin, Jimin- Park Jimin, V- Kim Taehyung, and Jungkook- Jeon Jungkook) They're also fantastic dancers known for their complex and sharp choreography. I highly recommend On Kinetic Manifesto Film Come Prima, it's a great song to highlight their dance skills, and also shows off some of their rap and vocal skills really well There's also an official music video for On, which is gorgeously done, but the Kinetic manifesto film is dance focused which is why I recommended it. That said, no ARMY will complain if you decided to do both, lol!

BTS is a K-pop AKA Korean Pop band but this title can be misleading because BTS does not do only pop they do every genre that you can imagine from Hip Hop/Rap(Mic Drop, HipHop lover, Come Back Home, The Cypher Series(1-4), Outro Tear, Ugh, Ddaeng, etc.), to RnB (Singularity, Tomorrow, Rain, etc.), to Latin inspired (Airplane Pt.2), to EDM (DNA, Best of Me, Waste is on Me, etc.), and so much more. BTS is made up of seven members, three rappers (RM, Suga, and J-hope), and four vocalists (Jimin, Jin, Jungkook, and V). They all write, compose, and produce for all of their albums, and their music video “Life goes on” was even directed by the youngest member, Jungkook, who also wrote this song. BTS stands for Bangtan Sonyeondan which translates to Bulletproof Boy Scouts, this name is incredibly meaningful because they said it means it means "to block out stereotypes, criticisms, and expectations that aim on adolescents like bullets". In 2017 they expanded the name to Beyond the Scene which "symbolizes youth who don't settle for their current reality and instead open the door and go forward to achieve growth." They debuted in 2013 under Big Hit Entertainment, which is now HYPE, in Seoul, South Korea. It was originally supposed to be a Hip-hop group but the CEO and Chairman of HYPE, Bang "Hitman Bang" Shihyuk, later decided to debut them as an idol group. Every member has solo work separated from the group. You should definitely check out some of their solo work, it is incredible. They were told that they wouldn't amount to anything and that they were untalented their entire careers. There is no lead singer but there is a leader who is in charge of leading the group and being the liaison between the group and the company. Rm or Kim Namjoon is the leader, a rapper, and a producer. He was an underground rapper before being the first member to join BTS in 2009/10 and is known for his intense raw talent for rap and meaningful lyrics. He is also an actual genius with an IQ of 148. Jin or Kim Seok Jin is a vocalist, the head visual, and the oldest. He didn't know how to sing or dance before joining BTS and he was training to become an actor but he was street cast and learned to dance and sing from zero. He has a very unique texture to his voice that is almost impossible to recreate. Suga or Min Yoongi is the main rapper and a producer, he was a songwriter that moved to Seoul at 17 to pursue music against his parent's wishes, he was also an underground rapper/producer like RM and currently produces music not only for BTS but for other artists too. He is known for his deep soulful rap and personal lyrics. J-Hope or Jung Hoseok is the dance leader, a rapper, a sub-vocalist, and a producer. He was a locally famous underground street dancer and only learned to rap after joining BTS. He is known for his energetic rap. Jimin or Park Jimin is the lead dancer (he specializes in contemporary) and a vocalist. He was and still is an incredible contemporary dancer and was the only boy at the top of his class at Busan School of Arts. He was so good his dance teacher paid for his admission. He is known for his androgynous voice and insane high notes. V or Kim Taehyung is a vocalist, visual, and dancer. He is the son of farmers and planned to be a farmer or a saxophonist but when noticed when he went to an audition to support his friend he ended up being the only one to pass auditions. He is known for his deep soulful voice and his large vocal range. Finally, we have Jungkook or Jeon Jungkook who is the main vocalist, dancer, sub rapper, center, and maknae(the youngest member). He originally wanted to be a Badminton player but changed his mind when he saw G-Dragon, a famous idol, perform on tv. He is known for having the most stable vocals while dancing because of his incredible athleticism. The members are very very close. All seven members used to live in a single-bedroom apartment together, and even now after the extreme success and money made, they still live in a four-bedroom apartment and share rooms, even though most of them own their own apartments. The official roommates if you are curious are Jin and Suga, RM and V, and Jimin and J-Hope. Jungkook technically has his own room but he usually sleeps in one of the other member's beds. They say that it just doesn't feel right not being together and that they feel lonely without each other, Jin even compared the other members to his wallet and phone because going anywhere without them feels unnatural and makes him really nervous. They are all bonded through their hardships and are just a large family which could be partly because they were put together when they were teenagers. The oldest, Jin, being 18 and the youngest, Jungkook, being 13 when they first got together in 2011/12. The older members literally raised the younger ones, they would take them to school, make them breakfast and dinner, help them with homework, etc. They attended Jungkook’s middle school and high school graduation. Along with Jimin and V’s high school and most of the other boys’ college graduations. In fact, Jimin and V just graduated college with honors a few weeks ago. They grew up together and are a family in every way that matters. They almost never talk about the normal recycled romantic love and breakup cycle. Throughout all their songs they preach self-love, self-acceptance, female empowerment, mental health, and they also speak out against social injustices and so much more. They believe that lyrics are one of the most important parts of their music and they strive to connect with all of their fans through their music and lyrics even if that means jeopardizing their careers and backlash from people in power. They even have a fictional storyline that goes through their music videos called the Bangtan Universe aka the BU. This storyline is very extensive and includes over 25 MVs over about six years, two books, a webtoon, a mobile game, multiple short films, and they are even creating a tv drama named "Youth". Along with their storyline, every single one of their albums follows the phases of life that the band members are going through at the time. For example, their first album released in June of 2013 '2 Cool 4 Skool' was about school, schoolboy crushes, creating dreams, the expectations of adults, and the societal pressure on youth because at the time of this album they were all still students, and their most current album released in November of 2020, “BE” is about the pandemic and how they are getting through it and giving hope that we will come out the other side of this better than we were before. They touch people of all generations with their gorgeous lyricism, fun beats, hard-hitting raps, and soft melodies, in fact, most of the ARMY, their fans, are not in the teenage and early 20s demographic that you might expect. According to an age study of their last concert in Seoul 19.3% were 10-19, 39.7% were 20-29, 27.9% were 30-39, 10.2% were 40-49, and the remaining 2.9% is 50 and over. They are also incredibly prolific. They have 9 studio albums, 3 single albums, 11 compilation albums, and 6 EPs. That includes 4 full Japanese albums, their native tongue is Korean. The total discography including solo works, collabs, and covers is over 300 songs. They got nominated for their first Grammy for “Best Pop Duo/Group Performance” for their song Dynamite becoming the first Korean artist to ever get nominated in the pop category. In 2019, they become the first-ever K-pop artist to be invited to the Grammy’s, and in 2020 the first-ever K-pop artist to present at the Grammy’s and perform. They are also the first-ever Korean artist to perform a solo stage at the Grammy's in 2021. They have dominated the Billboard charts with three number ones in only three months becoming the first Korean artist to ever get a #1 on the charts. They also held on to the number one spot for two weeks straight being the first group since the Black-Eyed Peas to do that and then became the only boy band in history to hold #1 for three weeks and stay on the chart for over 7 months. They even held the number 1 and 2 spot for a while with Dynamite and their Savage Love Remix, being the first-ever music act in history to do that. Let's not forget that they have spoken at the UN general assembly twice. Once in 2018 for their LOVE MYSELF Campaign with UNICEF where they talked about the importance of self-love and acceptance and then again in 2020 to give hope to the world during the pandemic. While they are huge, I think it is important to mention that they are also some of the most humble people that you will ever meet. Jin, the oldest member, and a vocalist released a song called Abyss, for his 28th birthday, talking about how he feels there are people who more talented and deserving than him so he doesn’t feel that he deserves all of the praise that he is getting and it was eating him up inside. Dynamite is their only all English single to date but please don't let that deter you. They have touched millions of people of all ages and genders with their music and have used their success to help others. They give millions and millions of dollars to various charities and causes and inspire their fans, ARMY, to do the same. For example, they gave $1,000,000 to BLM, and within 24 hours of the announcement, ARMY matched their 1 million dollar donation raising 2 million dollars for the cause. We have also built a hospital in a place in China as a birthday present to one of the members, The Jung Hoseok Hope Hospital in Anhui Province, China. So while they are talented they have also inspired billions with their music. They are not only talented but inspirational so please check them out a little more and thank you for giving BTS a chance and reacting with an open mind.

This MV is actually a part of their storyline(BTS Universe, called BU) wich has been running throughout their MVs since 2013. So the member who is watching the rest to his bandmates across the room 2:37 is actually time traveling to save his friends. His friends in the storyline are going through stuff, like one ends up in jail, some die, one tried to burn himself in a room, one killed his father who is an alcoholic and abuses him and his sister. There is honestly alot. 6:29 Doors in the sky represent the times he time traveled in order to save them but failed. He fails to save them, the hourglass 3:36~3:41 represents his time finishing and the room bursts. If you're getting to know BTS I recommend this songs : - Mic drop - DNA - Fake Love (which has so many connections with Film out MV) - Spring day - Black Swan - On (kinetic Manifesto film) ... and their all dance practice videos are really INSANE, take a look when you are interested in :) They are so talented they write, compose, produce, and have done a little with directing. I’m gonna summarize what all have said to a brief paragraph without being overwhelming lol... Bts is a South Korean band with 7 members, 4 vocalists and 4 rappers, they have been in the field since 2013 but having a preparation for 2 years aprox. Earlier their debut. They grew up organically as a band and even helped a lot to make their company big, since they were poor. Bts is known cause they are versatile band having a very big discography in terms in genres (hip-hop, pop, rock, rnb, emb, ballads, etc) this song is an ost for a Japanese movie so it’s not like a main song. They also loved by fans cause they talk about mental health topics, social criticism, self esteem, literature, art, philosophy, psychology, etc, And their music has many references from them, They also very into the music production, composition and writing, even in some choreographies.Also there is a storyline that is following the whole bts discography so there are videos linked to the story as this one

Personally I love this song a lot - they express the meaning of lyrics so perfectly... with their singing they are able to move my heart and soul and provide comfort when I struggle. It might be interesting to know, that fans suspect that this MV hinted some part of storyline - BTS tell a story through some of their MVs and notes attached to albums, this is whole universe to discover - maybe you will get interested in BTS music enough to want to discover it :) Would you mind telling us what music genre is your favourite? BTS are very diverse with their song, they do vocal and rap oriented songs, some as all 7, some as units and some as solo works. Also, I highly recommend reacting to song AND life performance. Sorry for long comment, have fun!

Jungkook stood out to me in the song. His Japanese pronunciation is on point and K-netizens and Japanese netizens are praising his Japanese. He also trended Worldwide #ProudOfComposerJK at Top3. Also at #1 on Twipple Japan. Jungkook co-composed this OST. Another one for Movie after Your Eyes Tell. The only foreign composer for Japanese Movie's OSTs. So proud of him😭❤

BTS will be celebrating their 8 year anniversary since their debut in June! Their music is so diverse that there's really something for everyone. I love the emotion, vocal layers and how instruments build in Film Out! Definitely one of my top Japanese songs from them. It's actually a collab with a Japanese rock band called Back Number (who helped produce & write the track) and is a part of a soundtrack for a new Japanese movie. I'd recommend checking out their tiny desk concert (if you want to concentrate on their vocals in a live setting) and ON (the kinectic manifesto film to show their dancing skills).

This is such a great and emotional song. That is what BTS do. When we, ARMY have a rough time, they drop a song like this to heal our souls.

BTS is a South Korean 7 member BOY BAND , containing 3 rappers & 4 vocalists: Rm, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook. ---------------- •They are the biggest boy band in the world right now with over 30mil fans (still counting) who are called ARMY •They are loved not just because of their amazing talent (they can sing just as well live btw. No need for auto tune, only sometimes used for effects) but also their sweet, loving, interactive, and humorous personalities. They are armys comedy and happiness. •They can sing, dance, rap, together combined they can do nearly anything😅 even comedy😉 •Their aged range from around 23-28 •Their native language is obv Korean but they do include a bit of English in their songs and also have some songs in Japanese. •Their song style/genre always change. They have such a big variety of style that even if your not a fan you have to like at least one of their songs :)) --------------- I bet many armys have given some great songs suggesting but pls don’t judge bts from just one song. The styles change a lot :) ----------------- •armys are very protective of these boys and we love them to bits. We only rly get protective if ppl are being offensive or rude about them. We are not toxic (not all of us- what are you to expect when there’s over 30 mil of us 😅) •We love to watch ppls reactions although some only for clout. It still spreads awareness about these amazing 7 boys! They deserve the love. 💜borahae and ty for the reaction 🙂

I would suggest the following music videos: Fake Love, Dope, Fire, or DNA which can all be found on Hybe Label account. BTS has been around since their debut in June 2013 and have a vast and varied discography of over 130 songs.
