The thing with Eminem it's the layers over layers. With the subtle references in the videos and the lyrics, you have to watch over and over; every time you pick up something new. He is a genius.

Im pretty sure at first godzilla was just going to be another song, but while it was being written, juice wrld died so eminem decided he was going to make it his fastest song as a sort of tribute to juice. Juice world was originally going to have more in the song, not just the chorus.
