This is actually the very first song I heard Dimash singing but it was on the 2017 Chinese competition TV show called, I am singer, after that, I immediately started watching him sing other songs, however, I VERY QUICKLY realized that HANDS DOWN DIMASH IS the GREATEST SINGER IN THE WORLD!!!! 💯 he has INSANE vocal abilities, techniques, FLAWLESS runs and riffs, singing styles, breath control, can hold and sustain notes for what seems like forever and has a 7.7 octave range that goes from Vocal Fry Register (B0) to off the piano Whistle Register (D8) THANK YOU for your reactions to our PRINCE DIMASH ❤ greetings from a Dimash DEAR (that's what he calls his fan's) residing for 23 years in the Entertainment Capital of the World, Las Vegas 😊

Every time I hear this song, I end up bawling I’m not ashamed to say. When you realize that the three kids on the beach turn out to be the dictator who was the tall kid, Dash, who was the one that got saved, and the girl that turns out to be his wife, and the little girl is his daughter. To see the pain and anguish in his heart when he realizes his daughter has been killed. I just can’t get past the pain.

This song is a pearl of the French songbook: It is a French-Canadian cyberpunk-rock opera called “Starmania”, written in 1976 by Michel Berger (France) and with lyrics by Luc Plamondon (Canada) and immortalized in the voices of Daniel Balavoine, Diane Dufresne and Gregory Lemarchal. He sings from first octave to 6th octave. Some fry in the lower parts, ok. But beyond the queen of the night from the magic flute f6 he has some whistle notes on top. I heard him in a life perfomance doing a D8 for 5 seconds. Insane. Look for "stranger" for the singing range. Or "olimpico" with full volume but then from bariton range to e6. He also did some versions of the blue alien song from the movie the 5th element. Oh, you did already.

His octave range does not matter, although playfully he was coined the 6 octave man. His emotional intelligence and delivery. His thought provoking song choices. So many wonderful things about him.
