The concert was actually 35 years ago - 1989 - Thank you for reacting, - John is more than 'The Voice' he is a true entertainer, - if you close your eyes or look away you might miss something, like a Mic stand throw catch and toss, you didn't mention it so guess you missed it- it is just after the bagpipes and big drum, - then he walks across the stage and flicks it up again with his foot, - again, thankyou for listening to John and reacting, but next time please watch as well, you wont be sorry, - pronunciation can be difficult, - 'Farnum' and 'Melbon'

Thanks for reacting to 'our John', he is the GOAT. We in Aus pronounce it as Farn'um the 'h' is silent. John always throws in some microphone acrobatics which I think you missed - (I didn't see any reactions to these) we can not afford to take our eyes off the performance for even a second, he always gives 100% to entertain the audience! This concert was in 1989; it seems the video was released much later.

yes, when reactors do not mention the mic stand toss I always wonder if they are actually paying attention to what's going on or just going though the motions to get a like.
