I don't think it was for Freddie DSMN was on the same album which Brian had said was separatism and he had a go at him for having gay overtones in his songs years later he was asked when he mentioned separatism again how did Freddie feel singing FBGs Brian said I don't know if he knew I had him in mind ? so he never said anything to him but started then claiming it was for Freddie which is far more questionable with the weird nanny thing I have seen comments claim Freddie must have been abused as a kid

Girls aren't really supposed to go around looking like stick insects. A little bit of weight is not necessarily a bad thing. Many women's magazines are responsible for making girls overly concerned about what they look like, rather than just getting out and enjoying themselves.

Thank You For This Feedback & Suggestion John . I Will Definitely Check It Out .
It's strange to think that at this stage Queen were hated by the press and a lot of the British public. They had broken the apartheid ban and played in South Africa [which quite a few did], but they were singled out for special hatred for some reason. On being invited to do Live Aid they went into an intense rehearsal routine, which is why they sounded so good on the day. They won the day and resurrected themselves. I cannot abide 'modern' Queen, but back in the early 70's I saw them several times when they were a true rock and roll band and they were amazing. 'Flick of the Wrist' still gives me goosebumps nearly 50 years on.

This was a double A-side single, off the infamous "Jazz" album, with the song "Bicycle Race". If you listen near the end Freddie says "get on your bikes and ride". Now the infamous part this album came with a poster of dozens of nude women on bicycles. In fact there is a video of that song, the story goes the band asked fir the bikes to shoot the video an a shop obliged. When they found out, after the fact, what happened the band had to pay for new seats for all the bikes.

@@DoIttMiaaaa No worries. You recall that I said to you no one knows what it means. Freddie never told us because he wanted us to have our own ideas on this one. My personal take is the start of the song killing someone. The message there is don't do it in a moment of madness. Don't make your Mamma cry. Don't throw your life away in a moment of madness. The middle of the song is them going stir crazy at the fact they can't take back what they've done. The end is them calming down and realizing this is their situation and they can't do nothing about.
