The song was so perfect to make you feel the anxiety and fear of the students at that school. It ends as someone is being wheeling out on a stretcher, and then as the kid is shoved in the locker you only hear yells for help as they zoom out to show the security guard walk by ignoring him. The silence in the background is more impactful after Welcome to the Jungle is over. Genius sound design and editing.

Saw them in 2017 and 2021. Drooled both times. Girl, they were a mess back In the day… Axl Rose had such bad mental illness he would fight anybody, including his own audience. The drummer was so hooked on heroin He couldn’t even play so they fired him…the bassist drank so much wine (he was trying to taper off of Coke and vodka at the time ) his pancreas exploded. The rhythm guitarist Izzy did so much dope. He was in a coma, and he left the band and 92. Slash Literally overdosed and died once in 1992… he was also in the same hotel room, when Nikki Sixx overdosed and died in 87. They’ve all been clean for decades.

Almost died to this one! hahaha - It played on loop while I DANGLED over a highway bridge after the drunk driver of the camaro I was in decided to run a red light and t -bone a cop car...with another cop car behind that one and one behind us...STOOPID...and I had just met him that night...never saw him again...he went to jail...everyone was ok...my Momma was MAD when I got home....the seatbelt bruises hurt for a week and I was afraid of cars for the next year....until I got into another camaro with another stranger on a blind date. I'm gonna have the best stories at the nursing home. :)
