The biggest fish I caught off the Wedge (Jetty) was a 28" Halibut. I used a Smelt on a Carolina Rig. The last little fish you caught was a Smelt.

shouldbe used the sardines for the sharks bigger fish really dont like mackerel bro. smaller game fish they love trust. an it really dont gotta be alive when u tie on.just cut head an tail off an ur golden

This is Southern California. There is nothing good to catch. 90% of the time it's mackerel. lol
