#1. Never give up that preggo pillow. I had a Snoogle and at some point gave it away, and have regretted it several times since. #2. I think my symptoms started at around 4 wks, too. #3. Fe-Zyme is the bomb as far as an iron supplement. 😉 #4. I couldn't stomach raw fruits and veggies for most of my pregnancy (only had one, lol). Maybe the system doesn't want to deal with the fiber with a little being down there? #5. Yesterday I watched your vid about your hiatal hernia. Even if you haven't had symptoms lately, I wanted to give you a kind and empathetic heads up: there's a good chance, since you're already vulnerable with that issue, that Baby will push your stomach up during the third trimester. I hope you don't experience what I did, but if you do, it will take you LONG time to eat any meal. Just, be prepared for the possibility. And know that it will be over once Baby comes out! 👍 #6.
