Girl you are going to get back I promise 💪🏽❤️ we have babies around the same age, but I also have a 2 year old 🥴 and I got below my pregnancy weight the 1st time. I worked out as an outlet and really cut sugar and carbs, plus the cliche of less stress. If it helps, I’m 40 with a 5 month old and believe I’m going to get in the best shape of my life this second time 💪🏽🙏🏽❤️
