My First Ultramarathon

I just completed a 31-mile ultramarathon in the Guadalupe Rive State Park near Spring Branch, Texas. This is the farthest distance that I've ever ran. In this solocast, I talk about what happened on the trail during the eight hours that it took for me to complete the event.
