I’m also in Maryland. I’m a CNA and I’m starting my RN/ ADN program at the community college. My hospital has the residency program and I will take advantage of the program.

Great video! How long is your residency program?

My program is 1 year, and then I agreed to stay on at least one additional year after the program. So it’s a 1 year residency but a minimum of a 2 year commitment
