GUYS! I'm so excited to share with you that I received my first KZbin paycheck this month from Google AdSense! Ahhhhh. So for today's video, I want to break down my first KZbin paycheck amount, how Google AdSense works with KZbin ads, how much money I made per view, my CPM as a small KZbinr, and exactly how much I'm making with only 2,000 subscribers!

Wow! I am amazed with how fast your You Tube channel has grown in just 2 years. From 333 subs at July 2019 mentioned in this video, to where it is now in Oct. 2021 at 429,000 subscribers. @@CathrinManning i'm here at early 400K, July 2021... look at you girl, what a road! my niche is a little bit different, I'm going with videos for kids( as I have 10 month, 3yo and 4yo, I only know kids world.. I don't know what adults are up to :):) or what is trendy for 25yo girls... but still, learning from you, finding my motivation and trying to apply some of your advices on my situation... it is harder, as it seems i can not communicate with the audience, There are no comments, also harder to keep them on my channel as there are no end vlcards, or getting little kids to hit that like or subscribe button or type my channel to search for videos.. i have to rely on parents and on youtube recommendation. so, if any tips, i am here for the video on different approach with different niches... Thank you, and keep up! I've pretry much watched every video in my spare time while breastfeeding haha

You have an incredibly high CPM even early on @ 6:02 13,300 views and $126 earned is a $9.47 CPM. Most channels get around $1.50-$4.00 Super congrats :)

@@yellowrich CPM stands for Cost Per Mile. What is means is how many dollars per thousand views you got paid in ad revenue on KZbin. Average channels get paid around $2-4 dollars per thousand views. Channels that talk a lot about personal finance or making money tend to have a much higher CPM because advertisers are willing to pay higher ad rates to run against your videos because they are often selling expensive personal finance programs and such.

One thing I just realized. When KZbin measures CPM they are actually measuring per thousand "ad impressions" and not per thousand views.... So in analytics when you see youtube estimating your CPM it may give an inflated number. In my own it shows like a $6.39 CPM but my I actually only made like $3.07 per thousand views that month.

Yeah so after doing more research I realized that this only happens to some people and it’s all determined by your relationship with the IRS and your history with paying taxes! They will take out 24% of what you make for your taxes and the only way to stop this from happening is to contact them. Not sure why I got marked but my guess is because I’ve been paying estimated taxes for the past 2 years.

Congrats Life Made Simple on being consistent! I just started giving attention to my channel again and being consistent is paying off. I have gained almost 20 subs in 3-4 days just from remaining consistent. Oh and you gained a new subscriber!
