My FIRST YSL Unboxing | HUGE disappointment!!!

My first YSL unboxing was a HUGE disappointment!!! Worst unboxing of the Saint Laurent shopping tote. Could Saint Laurent have the same quality issues as Chanel?

Thanks for sharing the unboxing!!! Really insightful video~ For a bag that costs $1300 I would expect the packaging to be more thoughtful. I think its okay for the carton box to be scruffed/scratched as people in the delivery chain might not care, but I think the brand could have made the conscious effort to ensure that the contents in the carton box is well protected and new. The YSL box seems like it had been used and not in the best condition
