Dang just saw the end where you said you lost all the fish sorry to hear that. I was thinking of getting a bigger pond and maybe saving as much water as i can in big new garbage cans and putting that in the new pond and adding some water from the hose. I have pond canister filter so i think it shouldnt be to hard to switch the fish.

@Floridaliving863 Yea man, you live, and you learn. You could do that, but might I suggest you take a look at my 3 DIY FILTER BUILDS. This way, you can customize the filter to meet the needs of your new pond. All you really need to do is let the pond cycle for about a week so it can build up some benefits bacteria, and just toss on like 1oz of fish food to feed the bacteria before you switch the fish over. @PONDSAGA5 thank you! I'm thinking my canister filter will be fine to switch over it has alot of foam and beneficial bacteria. I could even hook a extra one to the one I have if I get a bigger pond. There easy to maintain and flush out. I did watch some of yours you made they look great.

@PONDSAGA5 I have a 10ft round right now. Might get a 15ft. I'll switch over the tilapia,koi,bluegill,plecos, maiyan cichlid and I have 2 baby tiger oscars right now in a tank. What area are you from? I'm sort of south of central florida.
