I worked for them for a few years. The training team is great and really there to make sure as many candidates as possible are successful. The training is intense and super fast paced but they give you what you need to succeed

Hi Lauren, I’ve been a subscriber of yours for a couple of years. I’m happy to see that you’re back to flying again and with my favorite airline. In your video you mentioned that you are Denver based. Can you discuss in another video how bases are assigned, how to change bases and the length of time needed to be at a base before asking to change. I've been following Lindsey's posts too, and what amazes me is how quickly she got to hold a line! A friend of mine works for one of the majors and she says it'll be years on reserve before she can hold a line.

I am based in Denver! Basically for commuting I fly standby out of Indy before my shift starts. It’s free but can be stressful at times since you’re not guaranteed a seat.
