My Floureon DVR mouse stopped working. I dont know why ):

I bought this FLOUREON 4CH 1080N AHD DVR Outdoor 1500TVL 720P 1MP Camera Home Security Kit thru "GoBetterDeal" thru Ebay, Aug. 2018 and for some odd reason, it stopped working this month (Oct 2018). I barely used the camera & mouse, because I'm still learning how to use this security camera.
This DVR kit is still under warranty. Everything is hooked up properly and everything works great, it's just that for some odd reason, the mouse had STOPPED working this month (2 months after I hooked it up) ):
