Wow Doug! Seriously I’ve been watching this channel for a while and have watched damn near every episode. There is not ONE channel or person that comes close to the way you present it and explain it. The build from start to finish (even the battery rack episode) is by far the most I’ve ever been excited for a Monday or Thursday night to watch when I get home from work. Lol that truck isn't an SPL setup. Just fyi. It's designed to play all types of music...all frequencies...super loud for extended periods. 9 out of 10 People csnt tell the diffefence in SQ between a multi-time world champion setup...and a decently tuned setup that wins local shows. Also....with an SPL setup (assuming non wall) u can always build a musical enclosure and add some frodnt stage. But with an SQ setup..uve painted urself into a corner. U have a great sounding setup that often barely plays louder than stock Bose setups. And u cant make it louder without butchering the whole install. There's a reason why MANY MANY top SPL competitors came from the SQ world amd never looked back. Very every rare to see an Spl guy switch to SQ and actually stay there.

@@pyrolinn2088 ive played the game of having SQ front stage (focal k2p components in heavily deadened doors With tweeter glassed into a pillar with a clean 250 wrms per side) with an SPL substage (2nd place in my class at dbdrag world finals. 157.8 sealed legal at the dash) and ill be honest...i wouldve much rather put in much more power and cone area in my front stage to atleast try to keep up with the low end even tho it obviously would drastically throw off any chance of doing well in SQC.

im not an spl guy but i can appreciate it. besides that is what bass knobs are for. sometimes you want the bass to blend nicely with the music sometimes you wanna feel like dumbo and get them ears flappin.
