Invest in stocks of companies you are familiar with, have a decent: 1] Market value capitalization, 2] # of years founded, 3] location of headquarters, 4] # of employees. I wanted to be a stock broker in high school. Business major, real estate finance college. Appraisal background helps tremendously in research and analysis of investments.

Absolutely important to invest in what you know, and know it well! A big flaw I see a lot of beginning investors or just learning is they chase the hype or just "throw half there life savings in what they've heard someone talk about on the bus", never looking into the finances or balance sheet of a company. Great stuff man as always!

SPCE has good options premiums but has been trending down. What started as short term play is a long term hold. My research indicates the Space market will expand and VG is one of very small group that is putting payloads up into orbit.

Very true info. You'd think it would be common sense to stay in areas you understand but people are curious and feel like they have to follow new trends that's why I didn't get into NFTs cause they made no sense to me and were clearly not sustainable and now most of them that were worth thousands are practically worthless. And Starbucks is no joke I'm getting more and more interested in them. I saw a full line at one yesterday and it was after 7pm lol
