My friend Jason has already taken delivery of a brand new Audi RS6! It was actually handed over straight away on the very first day of sales, having already got PPF at Topaz. Let's check it out and see what the fuss is about with Audi's new super-wagon.

@@jdkreamer I agree too! Amazing car! But also some things arent as good anymore. I think it has become a bit more quiet and i think it could use some more sound. Also, only displays is not great, I would prefer split display with buttons. And while the Steering wheel is a bit more modern, i feel like it's too large and "clunky" for a sporty rs6... looks more like an a6 steering wheel if u ask me. Oh and I think that both Audi and BMW did not make lots of progress regarding engines. Companies like Mercedes and Porsche are really good at increasing engine power and reducing weight, while both BMW and Audi build only heavy cars in the 600PS region. 0-100 speeds are for instance always slower than the new top class AMGs, and it's the same price category. But all of this is critique at a very high level - the RS6 is still a brutal piece of engineering

Great content as usual, however I would have to disagree with regarding the RS6 being a discreet car... not all people will know what it is but it's wider arches, bigger wheels, oval exhausts, lower stance and It's V8 engine quit distinctly separate it from the standard 6... it's not in any way a sleeper... now if your talking the BMW M5 then yes it could be classed as discrete to a certain point... 👍

Tell your friend that he doesn't have to put pressure on a screens, he can make it touch screen in settings.

i don't think you've use the new audi screen - these are the exact same ones on my E-Tron. You have to put pressure on the screen, the new audi screens do not register your touch unless you use substantial pressure.

The bottom screen on the car would really annoy me. Especially if you get sun glare on the screen you won’t see anything. Everything else about the car is incredible maybe an Akrapovic exhaust system to unlock more of that sound👍👌

What a car, for me this is the ultimate car, estate/wagon practicality with Ferrari power! Surprised the interior looks the same as a diesel A7 I've been driving this week, that being said its a lovely interior and easy to use media system so why change it!

I always lusted after the RS6, but with the C8 I just really dont dig the design inside or out, if it were my money (lol I wish) it would be the E63 S wagon. The interior is just so much more interesting in the Benz and it has a RWD mode.

Audi use differential wheel speed to detect low tyre pressure. They don't actually measure the tyre pressure directly. They just detect if a wheel is running at a different speed (when there is no grip issue) and flags the tyre pressure issue. Makes it MUCH cheaper to implement and much less likely to go wrong... So you do have TPM but you don't have, and can't get, the actual tyre pressures. As a value for money proposition the RS6 is so much better value than the GTC4-Lusso. Apart, of course, from the fact it's NOT a Ferrari... :)
