Thank you for sharing , I have been mixing your recipes with mine ; for this one I add potato cut in small squares and I don’t cook the pasta separate , I cook the pasta together so the pasta has its own flavor and I put a lot of herbs and chili, if you cook the pasta together you get a rich thick sauce and you can always add Spanish sausages in slice… yumm yumm yumm Jaime from Australia

Time to fry onions, mince etc is much greater than boiling pasta al dente, you should drain it before finishing mince cooking.Finally, it's the first time I hear Italians put red beans in this classic recipe.
