It's been said & I concur that if you could only grow 2 vegetables in a survival garden, those 2 would Have to be Orange Sweet Potatoes & the best Broccoli found, here you have almost all Veggie needed minerals & vitamins with very good Fiber and versatile in their use. How Ya Doin Ms. Sophie, I hear that Young'un in the background.

It’s not sweet at all :) But this is what you can do, I will share here for you: Instead of Maple syrup: You can use 1 ½ tablespoons agave syrup, 1 ½ tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons brown sugar instead to add sweetness to your sauce. Where I come from is Angus Cattle territory, Grass grows like crazy here with a Karst substrate it's chocked full of minerals & vitamins, reason our Horses are the Fastest on the Planet, Anyway they have way too many Bulls born every year than needed so any given day you're going to find a field full of Steers, & with all those Steers comes a bunch of little oblong Meatballs that's often called Mountain Oysters
