7 potatoes.

Pour vegetable oil into a pan and fry the onion until golden brown.

Grate carrots on a fine grater.
Put carrots in a pan and fry with onions.
Put 400 g of minced meat in a pan and fry with onions and carrots.
Salt potatoes.
Once the potatoes are cooked, remove from the heat.
Puree the potatoes well.
Add some butter.
1 egg yolk.
Mix well.
Add some hot milk.
Salt the minced meat.
Black pepper to taste.
Basil.
Mix well.
2 teaspoons of tomato paste.
Minced meat is ready to be removed from the heat.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Spread 1/2 of the mashed potatoes on a baking sheet.
Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
Pour in the minced meat and distribute evenly.
Add the remaining potatoes to the minced meat and distribute evenly.
Brush potatoes with melted butter.
Place in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 40 minutes.
Let's prepare a delicious and simple salad.
Cut 3 small cucumbers into slices.
Salt.
Mix well.
Place chopped cucumbers in a colander.
Leave for 15 minutes to allow the juice to come out.
Chop 1 shallot.
Place the onion in a bowl.
Soak the onion in cold water and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Let's make a salad dressing.
1 tablespoon sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon wine vinegar.
Chopped dill.
Mix well.
Salad dressing is ready.
Place cucumbers on kitchen paper and pat dry.
Put in a bowl.

The salad is ready to serve.
