I've had that exact transfer of energy with one single person in my life! The first time we touched hands. As we hung out more and got to know each other, we both felt like we had been together in a past life, at least once before. The owner seems like a fun person! My only comment about Jenny is that she should have remembered that this was not about her but the spirits. I'm a Brit, and our attitudes differ,most of us can take the back seat whilst things are going on. I didn't think the EMF microphones were all there, but it is early days yet, and things can only get better, as the song says. Dave was impressive when he was left alone in the basement, there was more activity in that short time.

That wasn’t a “light anomaly” following Ryan. It was another spider. I could clearly see it on my big 4K TV. Also when Ryan went upstairs to see who made the noise at the front door GhostTube said “Goodbye” not because the ghost was leaving, but because Ryan was leaving.

I have always thought investigators should try doing random investigations at regular locations and see what they get. My childhood house is haunted I've been living here again for almost 8 years. I call her the lady in black she's from the Victorian era I'll never forget the first time I saw her idk what I was thinking I apologized to her bc I walked into her it felt like cobwebs I flipped on the light and there she was!!!
