@@colRobinOldsYou don’t have to follow the rules perfectly, but it just seems illogical to call the police after seeing some human like figure outside with the picture you just took off your phone, and then an ambulance just dropping off bodies with their heads caved in. I’m at 16:34, and hopefully after the 911 call she smartens up a bit.

It’s a great story concept but it was pretty hard to get through when the main character was clearly made to be the “need someone to make very compulsively dumb decisions in order to move the story along”. If you realllly need a character to do that, at least don’t make it the main character, otherwise you will have people dropping the story half way through.

Yeahhh and although I mostly enjoyed it nonetheless, I didn't care for the ending. It felt like a cheap way to just undo everything with ease. Ontop of that once cops bring up how many rules she's obviously broken, yet she was never caught, it bothered me. Making that a central point, made me feel as if she was no longer at risk, and even the guys boss mentions it seconds after she enters his house. Then the story goes oh, she's basically God to that world and will just undo it all. I enjoyed the world otherwise but that part kinda felt like bro?

Ik there's alot of criticism towards this story but honestly, personally, I really liked the whole story and the way it played out. To me the character wasn't unlikable since in a way, her rashness shows how I feel like we would act in reality if something this insane happened and the level of regret she had to go through to realize that the rules weren't a joke. This story was really great in my opinion!

This story heavily reminds me of silent hill. From the mist, the creatures that come when you take a photo, the black magic ritual of revival, splitting of the self, even the MCs name is the same as the mother from the first movie. I'm a huge silent hill fan and I really liked this one. Say what you will about the MCs attitude, but the metaphors about grief in this story is amazing. That's exactly what this story is about guys. GRIEF and how we handle it. And how we overcome our said grief. Explanation: The reason the rules make no sense is because, when you lose someone close to you, you wind up breaking down over small things that remind you of your loved one. And they will be mundane things that people don't normally cry over. Like if you were to see me at the grocery store crying over tomatoes in the produce section you'd think I was a nutcase. It wouldn't register in your mind that the reason why I'm having a meltdown over a tomato is because my mother recently passed away and she LOVED tomato sandwiches. And it dawned on me "What's the point in buying them anymore? Not like she's home for me to make them for her anymore!". So it makes sense, to me, for me to start bawling while for you it's just a tomato. Folks this is a real thing for me in my life. Granted I ran out of the store and to my car because I didn't want anybody to see me ugly cry in the produce section and have the men in white come for me 😅 This was 8 years ago. And here recently I lost a cousin of mine I was close with. And something small has already set me off on an ugly cryfest as well. Like I said. They're mundane and mean nothing to anybody but myself. Another beautiful thing about this story is the ending. Where she decides to fight her grieved doppleganger. She tried to destroy it but the thing is that grief never fully goes away. It just gets to the point you learn to live with it being a part of you. The "fake" Bryce I believe is his spirit or some form of what he once was. And he's carrying her grief with him because she loved him so deeply. It's also self explanatory as to why Meredith suffered. She blamed Meridith which is why those people were saying she was hated so badly. She finally forgave Meredith and let go of the grief that had her in a chokehold. It's a very poetic story about grief imo.

This was one of my favorite so far! I also really liked the social experiment ones, it’s kinda neat how those tied together. I halfway wondered if some of the names would pop up in this story and it would be in the same universe. 😂 The end surprised me, didn’t see that coming. Great job!

I loved this story so much. I don't understand the hate the protagonist is getting, but clearly, not everyone can think correctly at all times. Realistically speaking, humans make mistakes too. The only thing I didn't like about the story is how short it is. I was baffled when I saw that it's 1.5 hours long. I think the plot would have been better laid out if it was 3hrs long. The author could've explained a lot about the weird stuff in the story, like why did Bryce have to die afte Rose learned the truth? How did Rose have her memories all erased in the first place? It would be better if there were flashbacks of her doing the ritual instead of it just being read to her by someone. So I'd give this story a 9/10. It was unexpected, thrilling, but could've been longer. Salute to the author! I teared up when Bryce was dying.

I don’t think I could have seen that coming with NVGs with Thermal Imaging! In fact that may have been the most convoluted ending, although not bad, I have ever heard on KZbin. Definitely one for the books. Personally I liked it, she turned out to be a witch. Who saw that coming? And the different spells and incantations that were used, well you had to pay attention for sure, but if you were able to follow it, it was damn good. You won me over with this one dear author! Very interesting that the writer chose to write the story from the perspective of an insufferable female dog. You don't come across many creepy pastas where the character narrating the story is so annoying the reader hopes the typical monster beats them. It was almost too much. Personally i think if a writer can make ppl feel like then genuinely dislike a character then they have written them well ( stories good ones are ment to make you feel and think and evoke emotions) . Also it would be very boaring if every story ended with the " bad person " chaging and becoming good & repenting for their selfish & petty behaviour & yes sometimes characters are written in a exaggerated way like so in real life a ppl might be a bit of a dick or bitch but in a story u can make it more so because its a story and not real life , if ur wrighting drama that is non fiction the yeah u would make ur characters more real and true to real life behaviour , reactions and actions but in horror fiction u can take liberties same as ppl do in movies . Anyway point being if u hate a main character or feel things are unrealistic then its prob job done well as its ment to be fiction and ur ment to feel something & have thoughs & feelings about what u just experienced. Idk but sometimes i hate characters or feel bad for them but then i think, man, they did a good job that i actually hate a made up guy or woman / person in a made up story .
