I platinumed this game with the guide on the ps5 version and tried without the guide for the ps4 version. If me and my friend didn’t mess around and laugh this would have been horrible. It appears that quitting to the menu and continuing the game seems to be what is causing the potato mission to not trigger. Try playing it in one go from start to finish and then, as long as you follow baddriver's instructions, the potato mission should trigger.

Just got the platinum for the PS4 and PS5 versions. Also got the plat for DC LEAGUE OF SUPER PETS for PS4. Doing the PS5 version tomorrow. Then Probably Tacoma and a few others released yesterday. Gonna hold off on Farcry and A Hat In Time as they are longer experiences.

@@RedGhost_1 It's not too hard. I did it in 2 and a half hours. There's only one tricky trophy which is getting through a level without destroying a Lexbot. And that can be made even harder (grind) if a certain bonus level doesn't pop up right away, which is what happened on my PS5 run. It's the only trophy I need for my PS5 plat of the game. But overall it's pretty easy. Just that one trophy could be a bit of a grind.
