A few things to take away, the skillset is primary thing, Linkedin profile, add more connections on Linkedin, improve the skills, and interview process is multiple rounds and more than in India, patience. Thanks for the video

I work in JP Morgan Chase and i don't think it is that EASY to get on Payrolls of JPMC that too in UK irrespective of your skillset. Unless there is much more proof provided on this is not WORTH WATCHING.

As and when you say I need sponsorship on email/LinkedIn chat or elsewhere they stop talking to you or says will prefer only UK-based candidates. This is equally applicable to Indian-based MNC. This is my personal experience even my profile is quite strong in my domain and enough years served in varouos european and ASPAC countires.

Please create a video about the visa process after getting a job offer. There are several steps after getting offer such as IELTS for UKVI (with certain band) , TB Test, Police Clearance Certificate etc. It will be so helpful if you can create a video about all these process. How long it took for each step, etc.

Im a British citizen and still cant get my India boyfriend here Please no horrible comments. Im visiting his family next year and hes coming to uk also to meet mine But to be with me he needs a working Visa to get a job offer.. Cant get a job offer because he as no working visa. A catch 22 And after Brexit annual earnings needs to be £30.000 per year. I dont make enough to sponsor him as well . He's a harding working man but doesn't get paid enough. his mother as given us her blessing. And i would love to have her live with us to. If that is what she wanted. Please can someone help us 🙏
