Hence her being caught off guard about the jealous comment and how upset she was that when she campaigned against Julie he took Julie's side. She was sad for Julie not knowing the history but then she took him aside and doubled down that she was bad for him. When it didn't work like in the past she was crying and blaming Julie. See if it wasn't like you say she may be blaming him for throwing away a friendship realizing Julie isn't doing anything if it was her legit opinion that Julie just wasn't right for him since she knew him so well. When he stood up for Julie she blamed Julie not him. Meaning she's in love with him. We tend not to blame the people we are in love with when mad we will get mad at everyone else for the circumstances even blame ourselves before the ones we see as a partner. She blamed Julie for him throwing away the friendship when Julie didn't know majority of all the things said by her.

In my mind Rachel is the one, who behaves immaturely. Watching kids shows as an adult is fine. Acting weird about it is not. It's like Rachel desperately tries to prove how much more mature she is, which only confirms that she is anything but. Standing by the stuff you love is a very mature thing to do. Denying it to prove a case would be the opposite.

The fact that Julie is mad you’re dating a ‚child‘ just makes me imedietly know she has no idea what age regression is (it’s when an older person gets into a headspace where they are children, mainly caused by trauma/ stress) I feel like Julie shpuld maybe try it out, it sound like she could use it and it would be a nice safe space for her :)

Me and my best friend watch cartoons. what of it? my boyfriend doesn't, usually, because it's not his thing (although he did admit that the last one I showed him was nice. What the hell has watching cartoons to do with not having developed mentally?! I'm a 20 year old man that still watches Thomas & Friends from time to time. Watching cartoons is not immature. And for the record, Phineas and Ferb is one of the cartoons that is pretty acceptable for adults to watch - that's not one of the cartoons you can grow out off; even still, it doesn't matter if you can grow out of it or not, cartoons are meant to be watched.

Lots of kids shows actually have much more involved plot lines than adult shows because they are trying to teach important lessons, while many adult shows are just cheating, relationship drama, violence, and swearing. Having interests in stuff targeted at children does not make one a child any more than someone whose love for Chinese takeout makes them Chinese.
