One of my friends, Vijaya, cooked her traditional Indian lemon rice, nimmakaya pulihora, passed down through her grandmother and mother. It was deliciously/heavenly/incredibly meal!!!
Although she was not a chef, Vijaya learned to cook at a young age. The lemon rice was straightforward to make. I was shocked at how quickly she prepared. If you like nutty texture and Indian herbs, try to make this meal. Guarantee you would enjoy it!
