I love your cast iron griddle with the low walls... I have a 12-inch cast iron skillet with the high walls, but the thing feels like it weighs about 25 pounds, so I don't like using it often. LOL I would like to find one like yours that is a bit more manageable.

I hear you about how heavy cast iron skillets are. For that reason, I love my griddles. I have 3 cast iron griddles and my favorites are the older 2 because they have a smoother surface.
